State of the Movement to #endyouthhomelessness

2/28/18  |  1 – 5pm

Westin Bonaventure Hotel  |  Los Angeles

**We are currently past capacity and are no longer accepting RSVPs for this event.**

During this afternoon session attendees:

  • Are informed of and engage with innovative efforts to #endyouthhomelessness across the U.S.,
  • Have opportunities to connect with peers and leaders in the work in meaningful ways,
  • Are re-grounded in the values  youth collaboration and LGBTQ & racial equity, and
  • Experience (we hope!) joy & connection.

The afternoon will be co-hosted by Phoebe VanCleefe and Rivianna Hyatt with the National Youth Forum on Homelessness.  Lighting Round speakers include Matthew Morton from Chapin Hall’s Voices of Youth Count, Marc Dones with the Center for Social Innovation, Eric Rice with the University of Southern California, Jasmine Hayes with the United States Interagency Council on Homelessness, and Jennifer Ho.  Plus, we’ll have great snacks and opportunities to workshop your questions with colleagues and experts.

This event occurs the day prior to the NAEH National Conference on Ending Family & Youth Homelessness.

State of the Movement to #endyouthhomelessness is open to all, with a focus on front-line staff and system leaders in communities who are pursuing system responses to and/or re-energizing their efforts on youth homelessness.
