The Federal Public Policy Fellow provides critical support to AWHA’s federal policy and advocacy work. The Fellow reports to and works in tandem with the AWHA Public Policy Director. This is a 38 week fellowship starting when hired. Learn more and apply here

We are seeking individuals who embody the characteristics described to play a central role in inspiring the direction of the movement to end youth homelessness as AWHA Leadership Body members. The Leadership Body steers the overall policy and strategic direction of AWHA—building the movement to end youth homelessness—in accordance with our core values.

A Way Home America is interested in partnering with YYA (youth and young adults) who are passionate about transforming policy on our team. We currently have a cohort of policy-minded young people with lived experience of homelessness to inform and lead AWHA's policy priorities at the federal, state, and local levels and would love for YOU to join! We understand that to guide the work ahead, those most impacted by the crisis of youth homelessness must have primary influence.
